We are seeking a qualified individual to fill our Assistant Facilitator of National Alliances who will work closely with the Project Managers regarding high-profile projects and maintain the integrity of projects based on a National Level that result in successful completion of site projects. In this role, the individual will work via phone and email to gather information and build relationships with our National Network. Duties include compiling engineering requests and proposals for parking lot defects, preparing project status reports, tracking client interactions, maintaining databases, and organizing weekly meetings with the National Project Team."
