Asbestos Specialist/Environmental Scientist Jobs - Harrisburg, PA - Skelly and Loy, Inc.: "The duties of this position will include: performing asbestos building inspections, supervision of asbestos abatement contractors, collection of asbestos air samples, and the onsite analysis of asbestos air sample cassettes. Additional job functions may include performing general industrial hygiene and environmental field work (air/soil/water sampling, oversight of subcontractors, and health and safety monitoring activities) and assisting in the preparation of technical reports (Phase I and II ESAs, quarterly regulatory reports, and PADEP Act 2 closure reports)."
