Customer Research Analyst Jobs - Atlanta, GA - Travelport: "Customer research position with specific competencies around the design, administration, execution, synthesis, analysis, and publication of conclusions from external surveys that Travelport wishes to conduct within the travel industry marketplace. Position is key contributing role to the development of market and product strategies by gathering, analyzing and providing relevant and timely customer feedback, input, and perceptions of competitors, content offerings, services, etc. Position would be responsible for establishing key performance indicators for annual customer satisfaction survey, creating customer online questionnaire, as well as evaluating and presenting results to Sr. Team. Position also includes management of competitive assessment against all Travelport competitors from a customer survey perspective. This position ties directly to Travelport’s customer centric oriented company goal by creating a continuous, economical format for listening to customers. Position would support all business units, all regions, and channels. One head overseeing 8 to 15 surveys annually would be the equivalent cost of one project completed by an external market survey firm such as Novantas, Argate, or Mintel."
